As a teenager, he started at the ground level, working for his oldest brother's building firm during the summer and after school. This hands on expertise led to jobs with different area contractors after graduation. As he prgressed, Thomas gained experience in nearly every facet of constructions, from framing and trim carpentry, to foundations, to project supervision. After earning his contractors license and building his first home, Thomas understood his calling.
